How To Forgive And Forget?

Its been a year since I found out my husband had many affairs behind my back.

I don't want a divorce but my life has change since.

I still love him but its been hard to give back the trust we used to have.

He has change in many ways to make this marriage work.

I just want to know from people who had experience this and what they did to make things go back the way it used to be.

Things are easily said then done.

Some days I just feel like giving up.

The pain comes and goes.

I'll feel happy today and tomorrow I'm just miserable.

Help!
